Your health is my first priority and I do everything in my ability to provide a safe and clean environment during your visit. Here are some of the changes that have been implemented in my practice as a preventive measures in slowing the spread of COVID-19. I have updated my entire system for smoother check-in/out experience and incorporated automation to minimize your time away from home, keeping you safe while you maintain your health with Traditional Oriental Medicine. There will be only 1 patient receiving acupuncture at a time and ample time in-between appointments for thorough disinfecting after each patient. In that light, I need your help and full cooperation during this pandemic. Until further notice, please do your part by adhering to the following guidelines when you visit:
Complete the COVID Screen & Consent questionnaire before each appointment. A link to the questionnaire will be emailed to you 4 hours prior to your appointment and it can be completed online. Alternatively, you may use the PDF document in the link above which you may print, complete and bring/email prior to your appointment, on the same day as your appointment.
Arrive On Time. Please wait in your car until 5 minutes to your appointment time before proceeding to the office, but please don't be late.
Masks are required by all, please wear a mask upon entering the clinic. A face-shield is not a substitute for a mask. It is meant to protect the wearer whereas a mask protects those around the wearer.
Mask should cover both nose and mouth at all times.
Keep the mask on during your intake, and before/after your treatment. Only remove your mask when instructed to do so for your treatment.
Use the hand sanitizers located throughout the office to clean your hands.
Maintain a 6' distance as best as you can.
Unless you require assistance, please arrive for your appointment unaccompanied.
